Types Of Propellers

Sailer Propellers:

 

Sailer propellers are based on a traditional design incorporating rake.  Used mainly on sailboats, they provide enough blade area to maximize propeller effort but minimize drag.

Skewed Propellers:

Surface Piercing Propellers:

 

Generally used on high speed vessels in conjunction with arneson drives, these propellers break the surface of the water.
